Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... Another method is physical method, which changes the powder particles from big to small (top down), such as mechanical ball milling,... And so on.

砂磨機、特別是納米砂磨機常常因為粉料粒徑和粉料網縫隙的不匹配導致堵塞,影響了研磨效率,增加了工作量。常見的解決方法如下:
1.在混料罐或物料缸出料口增加簡易過濾裝置,如Y型過濾器,膜片式過濾器,籃式過濾器,自動帶刮板過濾器等,將大顆粒過濾掉。
2.進行粗磨,有些粉料粒度分布寬,可以增加1臺粗磨砂磨機,對粉料粗加工,如:氣流粉碎、干式球磨粉碎、濕法砂磨機粉碎等。
3.超聲研磨,有些粉料本身屬于團聚體,只需增加1臺超聲即可將大顆粒打開。
4.均質泵或乳化泵,投入成本低,效率高,增加在混料罐旁,幾個循環(huán)即可將混料罐內粉體很好的分散和均質。
5.在出料口分離網內增加超聲器,這種方案有一定效果,但有其局限性,當粗顆粒達到一定比例時,研磨珠來不及粉碎,大顆粒仍會堵篩網。
